Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction and understand that issues may arise with your order. Please see below for how we can assist you with returns, refunds, and replacements.

1. Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please report it within 25 days of receipt. We will address these concerns promptly and cover all related costs if the error is confirmed to be on our part.

2. Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, you must notify us within 25 days from the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue and, if the loss is attributed to our error, we will arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.

3. Color Variations: Our high-quality printing machines aim for the best reproduction, but exact color matching cannot be guaranteed due to the inherent variations in the printing process. If there's a significant color discrepancy (e.g., receiving a red item when you ordered blue), please let us know. Minor differences within an acceptable range do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

4. Size Issues: We provide detailed size guides for our products. If an item does not fit as expected, contact our customer service team immediately to discuss a possible replacement. Please note that any changes after production may incur additional charges.

5. Defective or Damaged Products: For claims regarding defective or damaged products, please provide a description of the issue and photos of both the item and the packaging. Note that slight deviations and minor print placement differences, which are common in production, are not regarded as defects.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information: If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by you, it will be held at our fulfillment center. Re-shipping the order will require you to cover the costs for the new shipment.

7. Refused Deliveries: If you refuse delivery of an order, it will be returned to our fulfillment center. A reshipment of the order will be subject to additional shipping costs.

8. Unclaimed Orders: Orders not claimed from a local post office or carrier pickup location will be returned to us. You can request a reshipment, which will require you to cover the shipping costs. If an order is destroyed or returned due to non-compliance with customs, it will not be resent.

9. Customer Satisfaction: We offer refunds or replacements for significant quality-related issues. Please note that returns for non-quality reasons are not accepted due to the personalized nature of our products. Any new orders will require you to cover any related fees.

10. Lost Orders: For orders lost due to our error, contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement order at no additional cost to you.
