This website is operated by My Sole Haven LLC. Throughout this site, "we," "us," and "our" refer to My Sole Haven LLC. My Sole Haven offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available here, to you, the user, on the condition that you accept the terms below.

By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before you use the site. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or place an order.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell to you.

By using this site, you confirm you're at least the age of majority where you live, or that a parent/guardian has consented on behalf of a minor dependent.

You agree not to use the site for anything illegal, and not to upload anything harmful (viruses, malicious code, etc.).

We can refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. Information you submit (other than payment details) may be transmitted over open networks; payment information is always encrypted in transit. You may not copy, resell, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without our written permission.

We try to keep product info, pricing, and availability accurate, but we don't guarantee it. If something on the site is wrong, we may correct it without notice.

Every My Sole Haven product is made to order. Nothing is pre-made or held in stock. We do our best to show accurate colors and designs, but screens vary, so actual colors may look slightly different in person. We may limit quantities or discontinue a design at our discretion.

Section 6: Orders and billing

We may cancel or limit orders that look fraudulent or abusive (e.g. many orders from the same address/card in a short window). You agree to give accurate billing and shipping info so we can fulfill and contact you about your order.

Section 7: Third-party tools and links

The site may link to or use third-party tools/services we don't control (payment processors, analytics, etc.). We're not responsible for their content or practices. Check their own terms before relying on them.

Section 8: Your feedback

If you send us suggestions, reviews, or other feedback, you agree we can use it (e.g. as a testimonial) without owing you compensation, and that it won't contain anything unlawful or infringing.
