Made to order

Everything is made for you after you order, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be sold.

Delivery times

Production: 5 to 10 days
Shipping: 2 to 4 weeks
Total delivery: 3 to 5 weeks

Tracking

Your tracking number arrives by email 5 to 14 days after you order. It can take up to 24 hours for the tracking to show updates after you receive it. If you have not received a tracking number after 14 days, email us at wecare@mysolehaven.com.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout after you enter your delivery address, and are shown before you pay.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States and to most countries worldwide. Some countries take longer, and there are a few we cannot ship to. If you are unsure about your country, email us before you order.

International orders: duties and taxes

Import duties, taxes and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary by country and are paid by the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for details.
